Drops-/Sticks-/Flakes Lines

For the production (dosing and cooling) of chocolate drops, sticks, small block, vermicelli, flakes, ...up to 300 kg per hour.

Construction

• Cold store with isolated panels and stainless steel covering on the outside.
• The cold store is on both length sides completely accessible through doors.
• Dosing station exists out of a melting kettle, chocolate pump, dosing installation and heating unit.
• Dosing through double-jacket heated dosing plate or dosing girder.
• Dosing directly onto steel belt, which runs through the cold store.
• Afterwards, the products will be taken over by a string carpet.
• Return belt both of the steel belt, and carpet belt, in the cold store.
• Both of the steel belt and carpet belt provided with scrapers.
• Length products can be adjusted through knife (start/stop or running).
• Decentralised emergency stop buttons.
• With a simple PLC touch screen, for which help at distance is possible through a modem.
• The cold store contains glycol evaporators.
• Cooling medium has to be delivered by the customer, or optionally a Freon cooling group can also be provided.
